She helped us find our home from all the way across the world- we were living in Guam and she helped us through FaceTime and virtual tours to secure our home in Bremerton, WA. When we arrived in Washington, we didn’t have any of our belongings and Rebecca made us feel right at home by setting us up with air mattresses, comfy sheets, fluffy bath towels, toothbrushes, candles, snacks, drinks, and a bottle of wine. I had a LOT of hiccups before my house was ready to sell (deck was remodeled improperly) - and after. Beth was able to provide me with professionals that helped me take care of the issue(s), which actually helped because it bought time for other landscaping projects that added WOW factor.
My only wish is that I had put notice that we wouldn’t be considering any offers until Monday after the three scheduled open houses. We went live on a Wednesday and received a very good offer on Thursday. I only wonder what that traffic could have brought.
Lastly, we had to move ourselves and wasn’t able to get the truck size we needed, so we had to leave some furniture behind and Beth graciously took care of it."
